Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items: E-Gift Cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
All approved refunds will be issued as online store credit only, redeemable for future purchases on our website.
We do not offer cash, credit card, or original payment refunds except in cases where a product arrives damaged or defective.
Because we follow a strict packing and inspection procedure and take pictures before shipping every order, damage or defect claims must be proven with clear photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, a replacement or refund to your original payment method will be processed.
Partial store credit may be granted (if applicable) for:

Items returned after the 14-day period but within 30 days (case by case)
Sale Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an online gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund or store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
